Enhancing experience and efficiency with small-scale exhibition stands
During our initial meeting with Graphic Packaging International at the CPHI trade show, our conversations quickly helped identify what was missing from their stand, even though our future client was relatively satisfied: the "wow" effect, crucial for capturing the public’s attention and making a lasting impression at first glance! This opened the door to our ideas and creativity...
Our mission was to design a stand layout adapted to two different configurations: a 33m² space for the CPHI trade show in Milan and a more compact 12m² stand for Pharmapack Europe in Paris.

A stand concept that optimizes both space and impact
Our client wanted an open discussion area as well as a more private corner. It was also important to integrate a discreet yet accessible catering area without requiring a hidden storage space.
Despite a limited surface area and an elongated 3x11 meter configuration, we successfully optimized the space by creating distinct zones that were both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
Two display units provided high visibility while remaining practical, cleverly integrating a storage space inside planters—an ideal configuration to save space while adding a touch of greenery.
Each section was designed to precisely meet our client's needs, maximizing the use of every square centimeter and ensuring a perfect balance between design and functionality.
The trade show was a success, and we received a lot of praise for the stand’s design. The layout truly stood out from the norm and was easy to use. I even recommended your company to a few people.
A fully reusable stand
Our architects developed a modular exhibition stand concept, designed to adapt to different surfaces and configurations. All elements, including the two display units, were conceived by our team of stand builders and crafted in our carpentry workshop, ensuring full reusability.
This flexibility allowed us to reuse the initial stand elements created for the CPHI trade show and adapt them to a custom 12m² stand in Paris for Pharmapack Europe.
